اطلاع می&zwnj;رساند، پذیرفته شدگان عزیز، حداکثر تا تاریخ 12 مهر&nbsp;ماه 1403،\r\n\r\nبه آدرس&nbsp;https:\/\/bustan.tvu.ac.ir&nbsp;&nbsp;مراجعه نموده و نسبت به تکمیل اطلاعات اقدام نمایند.\r\n\r\n\r\n\t&nbsp;عدم تکمیل اطلاعات در زمان اعلام شده در سایت مذکور، به منزله انصراف قطعی پذیرفته شده، در نظر گرفته می شود و با توجه به عدم انتخاب واحد، مسئولیت عواقب عدم ثبت نام بر عهده پذیرفته شده می باشد.\r\n\t&nbsp;ثبت نام اولیه در سایت&nbsp;https:\/\/bustan.tvu.ac.ir&nbsp;به منزله پذیرش و ثبت نام قطعی نمی باشد و باید فرایند کامل ثبت نام و تحویل مدارک، صورت پذیرد.\r\n\tکلیه پذیرفته شدگان فارغ التحصیل، که مدرک تحصیلی خویش را دریافت کرده اند،&nbsp; پس از ثبت نام در سامانه بوستان، مطابق زمانبندی اعلام شده نسبت به تحویل مدارک اقدام نمایند.\r\n\tپذیرفته شدگان اتباع، قبل از تحویل مدارک به آموزش، به کارشناس اتباع، خانم حصیریان در اتاق 103، مراجعه نمایند.\r\n\tکلیه کلاسها برای کلیه دانشجویان جدیدالورود از روز شنبه مورخ 14 مهر ماه 1403 آغاز می گردد. جهت مشاهده برنامه کلاسها از ساعت 12 ظهر روز جمعه مورخ 13 مهر ماه 1403 به سامانه بوستان مراجعه نمایید.\r\n\r\n\r\nمدارکی که باید در هنگام ثبت نام همراه داشته باشید و&nbsp;به آموزش دانشگاه تحویل دهید به شرح ذیل می باشد:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tکارنامه قبولی سازمان سنجش\r\n\tاصل و تصویر مدرک تحصیلی دوره کاردانی&nbsp;دو سری (تاریخ اخذ مدرک حداکثر 1403\/06\/31 می باشد)\r\n\tرسید درخواست تائیدیه تحصیلی در سامانه سجاد و ارائه کد رهگیری (سامانه جامع امور دانشجویان سجاد (https:\/\/portal.saorg.ir ) دانشجویان مقطع کاردانی دانشکده فنی شهید منتظری نیاز به درخواست تائیدیه تحصیل ندارند\r\n\tتبصره:&nbsp;دانشجویان انصرافی&nbsp;فاقد کارت پایان خدمت،&nbsp;&nbsp;با ارائه معرفی نامه انصرافی از محل قبلی مشروط بر اینکه بیش از یک سال از تاریخ انصراف آنها نگذشته باشد با داشتن دیگر شرایط قانونی&nbsp;&nbsp;ثبت نام
